In the first half of 2026, I have focused on driving efficiency, strengthening controls, and enhancing the learner experience through proactive initiatives and consistent project delivery. I have successfully delivered multiple projects significantly ahead of schedule, resulting in direct cost savings and increased team capacity. A key theme of my work has been identifying operational bottlenecks and developing automated solutions, such as the ADA Compliance Preset and the Jira Timeline Macro, which have saved considerable time, eliminated errors, and improved productivity for the wider team using the Generative Al Workspaces. These initiatives demonstrate my commitment to taking ownership and delivering with pride. My work has been recognized by colleagues, who have highlighted my collaborative approach, dependability, and high-quality work. Moving into the second half of the year, I will continue to scale these high-impact automation projects while also contributing to firm-wide efficiency as a key member and graphic design lead of the Simpliciti committee (part of learning excellence team) and taking on large-scale training initiative courses.

Pillar 1: Leadership My actions in the first half of the year reflect a strong alignment with Citis Leadership Principles. I consistently Deliver with Pride by identifying root causes of inefficiency and building lasting solutions. For example, instead of manually fixing recurring issues, I developed the ADA Compliance Preset and the Jira Automation Macro to simplify complex processes and create long-term value. I Take Ownership by proactively identifying and solving problems without being asked, such as the visual inconsistencies that prompted the Standardized Color Palette project. Finally, my work inherently supports the principle of We Succeed Together, the automation tools l've built are designed to make the entire team more efficient, and I regularly contribute to our collective success by performing functional testing on courses developed by my peers. This is reinforced by feedback from 80% of my colleagues, who described me as a strong partner and collaborator.

Pillar 2: Risk & Control I have made significant contributions to strengthening our risk and control environment. My most impactful initiative was designing and implementing a custom preset to automate the creation of fully ADA-compliant documents. This tool directly mitigates risk by guaranteeing adherence to accessibility standards and eliminating the human error inherent in the previous manual process. Similarly, I developed an Excel macro to automate date formatting for Jira imports, which has eliminated data entry errors and improved the accuracy of our project tracking system which was successfully developed and its intended value demonstrated. This initiative demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and attempting to solve operational bottlenecks. In addition to my own projects, I support our team's commitment to controls excellence by conducting functional testing for courses my peers have worked on, providing another layer of quality assurance before launch.

Pillar 3: Financial Performance I have consistently driven expense savings and work optimization through two primary methods: efficiency in project delivery and proactive workflow automation. I delivered several key projects well ahead of schedule, including the Anti-Money Laundering DCI program 34 days early, which directly reduces labor costs, increases team capacity for new value generating activities, and accelerates the realization of business benefits. Furthermore, the automation tools I created have yielded significant productivity gains. The ADA preset that created on generative Al workspaces reduced a process that took hours to mere minutes, while the Jira macro eliminated a tedious manual task for the entire team. These initiatives directly align with my goal to optimize productivity and leverage technology to improve workflows.

Pillar 4: Client & Franchise Outcomes I have focused on enhancing the learner experience and delivering business value. By creating the ADA Compliance Preset on generative Al Workspaces, I have ensured our materials are inclusive and accessible to all learners, which is a foundational component of a positive experience. I am also leading a project to develop a standardized color palette for all course materials. This work-in-progress initiative is designed to improve the learner experience by reducing cognitive load and creating intuitive visual cues, while also strengthening our brand identity. Operationally, it will accelerate content creation and save significant time on rework. These projects demonstrate my commitment to strengthening instructional design impact and improving the learner experience.

Feedback Summary 1 received positive feedback from 5 colleagues, with key themes highlighting my performance as a Strong Partner & Collaborator (recognized by 80% of providers), Dependable & Takes Ownership (60%), and Responsive & Agile (60%). Colleagues described me as "a strong and reliable partner" (Jordan Solano) and praised my "partnership and professionalism" (Anita Poellnitz). My "strong attention to detail" and "thoughtfully constructed" layouts were also noted as strengths. One colleague identified an opportunity to ask clarifying questions earlier in the process to avoid revisions, which is a point of focus for my continued development. Focus Areas for Second Half of 2026 For the remainder of the year, my focus will be on three key priorities. First, I will be a key contributor to the Simpliciti committee (part of Learning excellence team), helping to create high-value training videos to drive firm-wide efficiency such as workspaces and Jira tutorial videos and leading the graphic design team within the committee. Second, I will focus on completing the Standardized Color Palette project and promoting the team-wide adoption of my automation tools using generative Al to scale productivity gains. Finally, throughout the year I will be focusing on large training initiative courses designed to reach more than 3,000 people, delivering significant value and impact across the organization.
